May 10, 2016 – M. Burdick – First and foremost, Mike is very knowledgeable about the Tampa area especially south Tampa. Mike was always available even though many of our requests came on short notice. He handled many of the tasks for us since we were not from the region or currently living here. Mike's personal attention made us feel like the most important client. It was enjoyable seeing available homes with Mike because you could tell he was excited to see the places too. Clearly has a strong passion for his work.
